Weekly Photography Challenge – Night Photography

There are many things you can get out and photograph at night. If you live in a city the possibilities are endless. This will give you some ideas: 13 Great Subjects for Urban Night Photography

Here are a few others:

You could do a zoom burst of lights at night
Try your hand at some light painting
Shoot some light trails (cars, moving objects with lights)
You could even do a night portrait

Outside of the urban environment, you can shoot:

Stars or star trails
The Milky Way
The moon
Fire spinning with steel wool (take all necessary precautions to be safe please!)
